ACTRESS KELLY RUTHERFORD WON’T STOP FIGHTING FOR HER CHILDREN

On Saturday’s “Good Morning America,” Kelly Rutherford vowed to keep fighting for her young children, even after a judge ruled that they will remain for now with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch in France.  The “Gossip Girl” actress and Giersch, who cannot enter the United States due to a revoked visa, have been locked in a fierce custody battle over their 5-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter, both of whom are U.S. citizens who have been raised to this point in New York.
