ACTOR JANE ARRESTED FOR ALLEGED DUI

"The Punisher" star Thomas Jane was arrested Monday morning and charged with DUI, celebrity Web site TMZ.com reports.

Jane, who has been married to actress Patricia Arquette since 2006, was charged with two misdemeanors — DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08% — when he was pulled over for speeding on I-5 in Kern County, Calif., according to TMZ.
