All the coverage of Britney Spears' recent traffic troubles is driving Candy Spelling crazy.

In a column on The Huffington Post Sunday, Spelling cited a November 16 Los Angeles Times article about Spears driving over the feet of a sheriff’s deputy and two photographers.
