Lesnar captures UFC heavyweight title

Brock Lesnar, who was making just his fourth appearance in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, won the organization's heavyweight title tonight with a second-round technical knockout of three-time champion Randy Couture at the MGM Grand Garden. Lesnar, a former amateur and professional wrestler, dropped Couture with a right to the face and finished him off at 3:07 of the round.
