Kim Kardashian threatens to sue In Touch Magazine and Brett Lockett

Kim Kardashian was recently accused of cheating on her fiance, Kris Humphries,  with NFL star Brett Lockett in In Touch magazine. Kardashian claims it is not true, and has pressed libel charges against the magazine. Lockett as come forward claiming to have proof that the story is true, only to have Kardashian threaten to sue him to.

Kardashian has fired off a new demand letter to Lockett which warns him if he doesn't retract his allegations and cease from making fresh ones, his new position will be defendant on the left side of the courtroom.

the letter, Kim's lawyer, Michael Kump, says, "To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship," adding, "Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett."
