Johnny Fortuno, a Las Vegas resident by way of Hawaii, was named the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist at Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas on Saturday and now qualifies to compete in the 2011 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Finals in Memphis, Tenn., during Elvis Week held Aug. 10-16.
