EVAN RACHEL WOOD ELBOWED IN FACE, LOSES TOOTH
Evan Rachel Wood got elbowed in the face and lost a tooth while clubbing in Paris last night, a rep confirms to Gossip Cop.
She was out with friends at a dance spot when a reckless fellow partier accidentally struck Wood, knocking out a tooth and getting a fat lip.
The actress, who happens to turn 24 today, is in Europe on a promotional swing for projects including The Ides of March.
She probably would have liked a different gift.
