Haven’t had your fill of Girl Scout cookies yet? Triple George Grill, Stewart + Ogden and The Commissary, all of which are at or near the Downtown Grand, 206 N. Third St. in downtown Las Vegas, are featuring desserts made with the cookies, while supplies last. The dishes were created for a bake-off by the restaurants’ chefs, judged by members of Girl Scout Troop 41 and invited guests, which helped the girls earn their entrepreneurship badges. The winner was the Peanut Butter Sandwich (Do-Si-Dos) milkshake created by Chef Marissa Gerlach of The Commissary. The others are a Thin Mint Cheesecake with a Thin Mint smoothie, created for Stewart + Ogden, and a Thin Mint Cheesecake with Bailey’s liqueur glaze, Thanks-a-Lot dulce de leche with sea salted caramel and Strawberry Lemonades Gooey Bars created for Triple George Grill. …

Kabuki Restaurants will kick off their Sake Tour this week at both Southern Nevada locations. The events, which will include sake tastings, food pairings and tasting tips, will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Kabuki in Tivoli Village, 440 S. Rampart Blvd., and 6:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Kabuki in Town Square, 6605 Las Vegas Blvd. South. It’s $15.95 per person, with tickets available at the restaurants.
