Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse at Harrah’s, 3475 Las Vegas Blvd. South, will celebrate the American cocktail and its New Orleans heritage with a five-course dinner beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday. The five courses, which start with maple-bourbon-glazed jumbo shrimp and move on to seared ahi tuna steak, slow-roasted pork, filet mignon and a chocolate-dipped cookie trio, will each be paired with a hand-crafted cocktail.
