The Great Las Vegas Steakout, an evening of steaks, wines and a silent auction -- all for the benefit of students in the hospitality program at the College of Southern Nevada -- is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at Ruth's Chris Steak House, 3900 Paradise Road. Postrio at the Grand Canal Shoppes, 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. South, has been redesigned and features a new menu. To celebrate the relaunch, the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group is offering locals a free bottle of wine with the purchase of at least one entree per person at the table (two bottles for tables of five to eight).
