Las Vegas' Fourth Annual Fiesta Filipino, a Community of One, is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday in the west parking lot of the Boulevard Mall, 3528 S.
