Ron White salutes the troops at The Mirage — VIDEO
Ron White has become something of a regular at The Mirage over the years.
His annual special, raising money for the Armed Forces Foundation, has as well.
The results of that alliance can be seen at 9:30 p.m. Friday when CMT debuts the scotch-swilling, cigar-smoking comic’s fifth-annual “Comedy Salute to the Troops.”
In addition to White’s headlining set, the special, filmed earlier this year at The Mirage, features stand-up from Shane Torres, Gene Pompa, Rocky LaPorte, Kathleen Madigan and Finesse Mitchell.
White and his wife, Margo Rey, have raised more than $1 million for the AFF, the mission of which is “to protect and promote the physical, mental and emotional wellness of military service members, veterans and their families.”
