Charges dropped

Felony sex charges against a member of Saving Abel and an employee of the band have been dropped by the Alameda County district attorney's office. Guitarist Jason Null, 33, and guitar stringer Brandon Danger, 21, had been accused of forcing a 17-year-old girl to perform oral sex after a concert in Oakland, Calif. Assistant District Attorney Tom Rogers says a video taken after the concert last week shows the girl led people to believe she was older and was not forced into the sex act with Danger.

Smith is tops

In a survey of industry professionals by Forbes.com, Will Smith was voted the most bankable star in Hollywood. Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and Leonardo DiCaprio tied for second. Tom Hanks, George Clooney, Denzel Washington, Matt Damon and Jack Nicholson rounded out the top 10.
