QUICK TAKES
West no Twitter fan
Kanye West is a busy man, but one thing he doesn't have time for is Twitter. According to the outspoken rapper, he's "too busy actually being creative most of the time" and that "everything that Twitter offers I need less of." Oh, and he's not fond of imposters, either. In a blog posting, he blasted the site for allowing users to set up accounts under fake names. He called on the micro-blogging site to take down a user named KanyeWest, and it was suspended Wednesday. Fake celebrity Twitter accounts are something the site says it's working to stop.
Fawcett a fighter
A documentary about Farrah Fawcett's battle with cancer, "Farrah's Story," airing Friday on NBC is something Ryan O'Neal expects Fawcett to take "great pride" in. The documentary was made with the help of Fawcett's friend, Alana Stewart. Stewart, who filmed Fawcett as she underwent treatment, said the actress is a fighter who hasn't given up. Fawcett, 62, was diagnosed with anal cancer in 2006. It has since spread to her liver. Fawcett and O'Neal, whom she had a romantic relationship with but remains close to, will watch the documentary together, O'Neal says.
No burglars here
Police went to Lindsay Lohan's home on Tuesday in response to a burglar alarm, where they found evidence of a potential break-in and ransacking. But, there weren't any burglars responsible. The mess actually belonged to Lohan. An alarm company had notified police, who determined there was no intruder and nothing was stolen. However, the mess prompted officers to ask, "Is it normally like this, or did the intruders do it?" said Los Angeles police Officer Karen Rayner. Lohan was not home at the time.
