'Men' production to resume

After undergoing rehab that temporarily stopped production of "Two and a Half Men," Charlie Sheen is scheduled to return soon, his spokesman said. According to publicist Stan Rosenfield, Sheen will return to work and shooting will resume Tuesday in Los Angeles. Sheen voluntarily entered a rehab facility last month. He faces legal trouble stemming from a fight with his wife in December and is due back in court on Monday.

Smith to become opera topic

Anna Nicole Smith will be immortalized in an opera that is scheduled to open Feb. 17. The world premiere of Mark-Anthony Turnage's "Anna Nicole" will be at the Royal Opera in London. Dutch soprano Eva-Maria Westbroek will play the late model. Smith, who died of an accidental drug overdose in 2007, battled the family of her 89-year-old husband J. Howard Marshall II for her part of an estimated $500 million fortune. Her son, Daniel Smith, died five months before her death.

Seinfeld to guest host

Jerry Seinfeld will be the guest host for today's "Live! with Regis and Kelly." The former sitcom star has an NBC show called "The Marriage Ref," but he lets someone else host. The appearance on the syndicated talk show will mark his first as a guest co-host with Kelly Ripa. Scheduled guests include Donald Trump.
