Chinese New Year celebrated Sunday
The 14th annual Chinese New Year Celebration is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Las Vegas Chinatown Plaza, 4255 Spring Mountain Road.
The celebration, welcoming the year of the rat, will feature traditional foods and exhibits.
Live entertainment, including a lion dance, a 150-foot dragon parade, Chinese folk dance, Japanese Taiko Drummers and kung fu and martial art demonstrations, is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
