New ‘Star Wars’ trailer shows Han Solo, Chewbacca — VIDEO

LOS ANGELES — Disney and Lucasfilm have released the latest trailer for the highly anticipated “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” at its Star Wars celebration event in Anaheim, Calif.

The pic bows on Dec. 18. Disney plans on attaching the trailer to “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” which opens on May 1.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” stars Adam Driver, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac and Daisy Ridley with J.J. Abrams on board to direct.
