At the site www.zefrank.com/youngmenowme, people take an old picture of themselves and re-create it down to the background, pose and props. The end result is then posted side-by-side. While it's fascinating to browse through, it's also a photo contest in case you wanted to do your own.

Hipsters aren't always the happiest bunch, and that's what makes them ripe for parody. At unhappy hipsters.com, pictures from the architectural magazine Dwell are posted, with captions that reflect ironic woe and poke gentle fun.
