Sometimes we see nutritional labels and read how much sugar is in something and it doesn't mean much. But seeing is believing, or at least enough to get you to rethink eating that slice of pie. Over at www.sugarstacks.com, a product is listed and then sugar cubes are used to illustrate just how much sugar is in it. Some things are surprising, so it might make you think twice about cutting all sugar from your diet.

Do you change much on a daily basis? You might not think so, but this experiment can show you otherwise. At www.dailymugshot.com, you upload a picture of yourself each day. The site then animates all the pictures and shows how different you look over the course of time. This is an excellent tool for those who are dieting, but don't always feel like there's a difference.

Think your life is pretty boring? Evidently, most people have average everyday lives, too. At mylifeisaverage.com, people post observations from their daily lives. Turns out, most people aren't living some sort of high life. It's either somewhat comforting to be as mundane as everyone else, or a motivator to get out there and try something different.
