Las Vegas Tenors harmonize at Suncoast

A trio of popular local singers, known collectively as the Las Vegas Tenors, entertains this weekend in the showroom at the Suncoast, 9090 Alta Drive.

The group -- Bill Fayne, Bobby Black and Teddy Davey -- brings a diverse repertoire of Broadway, rhythm and blues, opera and pop music to shows at 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets, starting at $19.95, are available by calling the box office at 636-7075.

Formed in 2005, the critically-acclaimed trio has performed throughout the valley.

Fayne has served as musical director for more than 50 musical theater productions, operas and television shows. As an arranger, he worked with Clint Holmes, Suzanne Somers and Kathie Lee Gifford.

Black, a vocalist and trombone player, has performed throughout the world. He was lead soloist for five years with The Zion Brothers, a national touring Southern gospel quartet.

Davey has performed since he was 4 years old, and has received numerous awards. Locally, he has been the resident singer at Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant and a performer in the "Ba Da Bing" dinner theater.
