Dos Caminos opens, serving Mexican staples

Dos Caminos has opened at 10820 W. Charleston Blvd., in the space formerly occupied by Agave. It serves Mexican staples and signature dishes such as sea scallops with coconut jasmine rice, jicama, grilled pineapple and passion fruit cascabel mojo, and brunch offerings such as chilaquiles verdes, baked tortilla chips with eggs, Chihuahua cheese and tomatillo salsa. Hours are from 4 to 11 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 4 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays. Beginning March 23, brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekends, followed by a sunset menu from 3 to 4 p.m. Call 462-8800. ...
