House-smoked pork is mixed with barbecue sauce, piled high with cole slaw on a soft potato-flour roll and served with crisp pickle chips, $9.45.

Salty crunchy pickles

The pickles, one of the restaurant's most popular appetizers, are served with sriracha mayo, barbecue sauce and lemon-herb aioli, $6.95.

A beefy patty is topped with applewood-smoked bacon, grilled onions, sharp cheddar, tomato marmalade, house-made pickles and Dijon mustard, $11.50.
