‘Crazy 8’s’ drawings at Silverton give away cash and free play

Over the next four Friday nights, Silverton will be holding two "Crazy 8's" drawings -- and players can win at both drawings the same night. At the 7 p.m. drawing, eight winners (who must be present) will roll two dice, and earn either $800 or $8,000 (sometimes more) cash or free play based on the throw. At the 8 p.m. drawing, 17 winners will have their names posted to receive $8,000 (cash or free play), $800 or $80 in free play. Winners have 48 hours to claim their winnings. Players can earn entries into these virtual drawings by playing in the casino and entries must be activated (by swiping your card at a kiosk) prior to the first drawing to be eligible for either. The casino is also giving away a votive candle set to all players everyday earning 500 same-day points ($500 coin-in -- no point redemption required).

Beginning at 12:01 am Sunday and continuing through 11:59 p.m. April 15 the Palms will give five-hundred $500 free slot play prizes to club members earning 1,000 base points ($1,000 coin-in) on any one of 100 randomly selected machines. Once a player has confirmed that the machine they played on is one of the hidden riches machines they may take their winning voucher to the Club Palms booth to redeem their $500 in free slot play -- which is valid for one week after being issued. Players may win up to five times each promotional day and once a single player has won $500 in free slot play on a hidden riches machine, that machine will then be retired from the promotion.

Through the end of the month Bighorn and Longhorn players hitting a $50-plus jackpot on any machine or a blackjack in diamonds will win a six-pack of Pepsi product.

Every Saturday night through May 1, the Plaza (at 7 p.m.) and the Vegas Club (at 9 p.m.) will draw seven players to "Break the Bank." One player will receive $1,000 and the other six receive $100. Players Card members get one entry for every 100 points ($100 coin-in) earned – and receive double entries on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Western casino is also drawing seven winners on Saturdays (8 p.m.). Each will get to spin the wheel and win up to $1,000. Players earn entries with every $50 jackpot, suited blackjack, 21 game keno purchase, or $5 food purchase at the Eazy Cafe.
