Coin show lands at Imperial Palace

Dealers from across the United States will exhibit investment grade and collector merchandise at the 10th anniversary Las Vegas Coin, Currency & Stamp Expo, Friday through Sunday in Royal Hall A at the Imperial Palace, 3535 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

The show runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets, available at the door, are $3 general admission, $2 for seniors and free for children younger than 14. One admission price is good for all three days of the show.

In honor of the event's 10th anniversary, a gift will be given with each paid admission.

The show features free appraisals by dealers and door prizes each hour.

A special area is set up in the show's stamp section for donations of used stamps for disabled veterans at Veterans Administration hospitals. The stamps provide physical therapy and artistic challenges to recovering veterans who turn them into collages and other artworks.
