Club Fortune turns 10; Plaza, Vegas Club giving away up to $50,000

Club Fortune casino in Henderson is celebrating its 10th anniversary Saturday with several promotions, including multiple points and a $100 cash giveaway every 10 minutes from 10 a.m.-5:50 p.m. All customers will be given a special anniversary T-shirt.

On Saturday and Oct. 31, both the Plaza (7 p.m.) and the Vegas Club (9 p.m.) will select five players to win up to $50,000 cash. Players at either casino receive one entry for every 100 points ($100 coin-in) earned on their cards with Wednesday being double entry day. On Oct. 30, both casinos will draw 25 names to win $100 each. Winners must be present at the drawings.

Cannery players earning 999 points on Saturday will receive "The Cure" trinket, and the casino will donate $5 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for every trinket distributed.

At 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday through the end of the year, the Silver Nugget is giving away Nugget Bucks that can be used toward various prizes, including electronics, leather goods, power tools and small appliances. Players can earn entries at slots, blackjack and bingo. The casino also is awarding new members a 50-percent rebate ($100 max) on any first-day-of-play loss.

Gold Coast players earning 250 Club Coast points ($250 coin-in) on Mondays receive a buffet. The casino also is also offering a 50-percent point redemption discount in the Cortez Room.

Four times on Fridays and six times on Saturdays through Oct. 31, the Poker Palace is running a $500 minimum guaranteed giveaway drawing. Patrons can earn drawing tickets every day of the week through slot play.
