Billy Idol to play 12 shows in ’16 at House of Blues
Practice up on those dirty supplementals to "Mony Mony" that you used to shout back in college: Billy Idol is doing a whole stretch of shows at the House of Blues at Mandalay Bay next year.
The '80s rocker, who turns 60 on Nov. 30, will "Rebel Yell" for six shows in March, then return in May for six more.
The "Forever" shows feature longtime guitarist Steve Stevens and promise a retrospective from Idol's Generation X days through his MTV-era hits such as "Dancing With Myself" and "White Wedding," all the way to last year's album "King & Queens of the Underground."
The show dates are March 16, 18, 19, 23, 25, 26 and May 4, 6, 7, 11, 13 and 14.
Tickets start at $79.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster and House of Blues.com or by calling 800-745-3000.
