‘7th Heaven’ dad admits to molestation of young girls on tape

Remember the dad from that TV show “7th Heaven”? You know, the late 90s hit that followed a holy man and his large family, the Camdens. Well, an audio recording of the actor has been released and its contents just might shock you.

Stephen Collins, who played Rev. Eric Camden on the show, admitted to his estranged wife that he was a child molester — on tape.

“Collins — who is in the middle of a nasty, prolonged divorce with actress Faye Grant — revealed to her in 2012 he had molested and/or exposed himself to several underage girls years before,” TMZ reports. “The New York Police Dept. is now conducting an active criminal investigation involving sexual contact with multiple children.”

The tape was recorded during a therapy session, unbeknownst to Collins.
