Almaza restaurant, 9890 S. Maryland Parkway received 37 demerits Oct. 19. Violations included raw food stored over cooked and ready-to-eat food. GRADE: C
Aloha Kitchen, 2605 S. Decatur Blvd., received 20 demerits Oct. 14. Violations included no sanitizer in dish machine. GRADE: B
