Arandas Taqueria, 2040 N. Nellis Blvd., received 50 demerits July 20. Violations included roaches observed crawling in rice. GRADE: Closed
Banana Leaf Asian Cuisine, Riviera, 2901 Las Vegas Blvd. South, received 54 demerits July 13. Violations included facility storing food in a walk-in refrigerator that had been red-tagged by the Southern Nevada Health District for not maintaining proper temperature. GRADE: Closed.
