Greens and Proteins is the kind of restaurant where you can order fast food that actually makes you feel good about eating fast food, co-owner Jeff Kovatch says . The restaurant offers a menu filled with comfort food including burgers, fries, pizzas and shakes. Jicima fries, ostrich burgers and vegan pizzas, that is.
The variety of breads served in Las Vegas restaurants is, you might say, rising. Long gone are the bland and the boring. Tony Madonia, vice president of Great Buns Bakery, said his business has more than 1,000 wholesale customers across the valley, and 1,500 items in its database.
Cafe Derbi Restaurant, 5920 W. Flamingo Road, received 33 demerits March 5. Violations included employee not following proper hand-washing procedures. GRADE: C
