Coins, jewelry, stamps displayed this weekend

The Coin, Currency, Jewelry & Stamp Expo, presented by the International Coin & Stamp Collectors Society, is scheduled for this weekend at the Imperial Palace, 3535 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

The event will include gold and silver coins, stamps, jewelry, coin and stamp supplies, memorabilia, free appraisals and advice on collecting, as well as door prizes.

Stamps for Soldiers will be collecting used stamps for disabled veterans.

The expo is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for seniors, and children under 14 are admitted for free.
