Casinos offer Halloween, bingo promotions; Silverton has Snuggies

Bingo players can celebrate Halloween at the Plaza's $10,000 Bingo Spooktacular at 10 a.m. Oct. 31 There will be 15 games with a total prize pool of $10,000. Buy in is $30, extra packs are $10, and all participants receive $30 in free play and a free dauber. Seating is limited, so contact the Plaza bingo room to make a reservation.

Today, all Fiesta Rancho bingo players receive a special Halloween dauber, while supplies last, at buy-in.

The Cannery is running several bingo promos this month, including special free slot play drawings at noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8 p.m. Friday. Cash drawings will take place at the noon and 8 p.m. sessions Saturday and Sunday. There will be 10 winners at each session. At noon and 6 p.m Tuesdays and Thursdays, players sitting on the immediate left and right of winners will receive two free buffets, and on Oct. 31, all players at all sessions will receive free Halloween treats.

Also on Halloween, Jokers Wild and the Eldorado will draw a cash/free play winner every 15 minutes from 7 p.m.-midnight. Players can begin earning electronic entries starting Saturday.

Silverton players earning 2,000 points ($2,000 coin-in; no point redemption required) from Oct. 12-31 can pick up a pink Snuggie. This promotion is in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

At October Special Thursdays at Sam's Town, Club Coast Young at Heart members (50-plus) receive bonus points (see below) as well as a 50-percent point redemption discount at the Firelight Buffet. There also is a free slot tournament ($3,500 total prizes) and a drawing for $3,000.

Earn 1,000 points Wednesday through Saturday at The Orleans and you will receive two tickets to any Wranglers hockey game in October.

Coast Casinos (Gold Coast/Orleans/Sam's Town/Suncoast) have modified their long-time player birthday month promotion. Instead of receiving 2,500 free points, players can swipe their cards at a kiosk and receive a prize or up to $500 in cash.
