Joke with Rogan at House of Blues
Another UFC weekend, another stand-up date from Joe Rogan. But wait, what's this? Rogan's comedic nemesis, Carlos Mencia, also on the Strip today? Somebody call the Fertittas, we've got the next cash cow: Ultimate Comedy Smackdown!
Whether he's hosting "Fear Factor," doing color commentary for UFC or calling Mencia a joke thief, stand-up remains the one constant in Rogan's career. "The idea that some guy from television could be onstage speaking totally uncensored to most people is pretty alien (because) television is so fake in every way, shape and form," he noted a few years back.
