Jerry’s Nugget offers promotions for ‘Big Game,’ senior players

Jerry's Nugget has added another "Big Game Day" promotion. On Sunday, video poker players wearing a Jerry's Nugget Royal Flush T-shirt (that they received the last time they hit a royal flush at Jerry's) will receive a double payout on any royal flushes hit from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. (nickel-quarter-dollar machines, with card, max coin, no wild cards). On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (ClubBoomer Days), all players 55-plus receive five times points (see below), a $5 blackjack match play and players earning 550 base points receive a $10 meal coupon.

Today, all Orleans players earning 50 points ($50 coin-in; no point redemption required) receive a free six-pack of Bud or Bud Light. Points must be earned between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

PT's and Sierra Gold taverns are giving away a Klipsch iGroove personal sound system every day in February. Every 10 points earned by a Golden Rewards member will earn them one entry into that evening's drawing. One winner will be drawn at 10 p.m. The winner need not be present, and results will be posted in all taverns.

Terrible's is continuing its free daily slot tournaments. All Players Club members are entitled to one free entry per day with additional entries available after earning 100 and 250 points. The top 10 daily scorers will receive prizes.

Every Saturday this month, the Eastside Cannery is giving away travel bags to all players earning 300 points ($100 coin-in slots, $150 coin-in video poker). Each bag contains a prize from $5 free play to $500 cash. There is a limit of two bags per customer per day.

Hit a $200-plus slot jackpot or $300-plus video poker jackpot at the El Cortez and receive a zipper fleece jacket or $10-$1,000 in free play. Club Cortez members hitting a $1,200-plus jackpot receive a free two-night stay, and all jackpot winners will also receive an entry into the weekly Saturday night drawing for a 42-inch LCD TV and four $500 cash prizes.
