The event, founded in 2019, is created and presented entirely by women to showcase female chefs, beverage professionals and artisans.
The new restaurant will occupy the space that once housed an outpost of a teppanyaki chain from Japan.
The restaurant started in Vegas as a pop-up. The menu draws on seasonal ingredients, French technique and Mediterranean influences, ably assisted by thoughtfully edited wine and cocktail lists.
Soon it will become an Olympic sport. In Vegas, it’s already big.
The Venue at Rio has two showrooms, three brunches and Aussie hunks in the mix.
