The Composers Showcase of Las Vegas is celebrating 20 years at Reynolds Hall.
Todd Wilbur just released his 13th book, a compilation of 101 copycat recipes for everything from the McGriddle and Butterfinger to dishes from Capital Grille, P.F. Chang’s and Maggiano’s Little Italy.
The 18,000-square-foot venue features a dozen restaurants serving foods from across Asia. The design of each vendor, most new to Vegas, calls on the architecture of its home country.
The recognition, the first for Vegas since 2008, comes courtesy of a leading national platform for identifying and celebrating culinary talent.
