The new spot, on South Water Street, will offer wine retail, tasting, flights and classes (plus coffee during the day).
The Las Vegas venue has been home to U2 and also will host Phish.
The new spot occupies the former Donut Bar on South Sixth Street with a menu that mixes doughnut holes and classic, fancy and specialty doughnuts.
