Love it or hate it, it’s lutefisk time again. The 11th annual lutefisk dinner by the Vegas Viking Lodge of Sons of Norway is scheduled for Feb. 7 at the Boulder City Elks Lodge, 1217 Nevada Highway. There will be two seatings, at 3 and 6 p.m. The dinner will include lutefisk with melted butter or white sauce, surk?l with roasted pork, boiled potatoes, peas and carrots, Norwegian cookies and lefse.
