Slow Food-Las Vegas has scheduled a dinner with wine pairings from 6 to 10 p.m. March 24 at B&B Ristorante at The Venetian, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The eight-course menu will include such dishes as veal tongue salad with charred ramps, Pecorino risotto with stinging nettles, local honeycomb with Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano and China Ranch dates with local citrus and olive-oil gelato.
