Think of it as Henderson’s biggest night light — the inaugural evening light parade of this year’s “WinterFest — An Old-Fashioned Christmas Delight.” The nighttime celebration, beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday in the Water Street District, will feature cash prizes for illuminated floats as well as a “performance showcase” with marching groups (including school bands and drill teams), cheer squads and dance troupes along the parade route.
