The Vegas-born concept is owned by a group that includes longtime restaurateurs Jesus Chavez and Tommy Galoosian.
The new place belongs to a chef-owned portfolio that includes four other Thai restaurants across the Las Vegas Valley.
The restaurant, which helped provide emergency meals to vulnerable folks during the pandemic, drew wide praise for its live-fire paellas and its tapas and charcuterie.
The restaurant is famous for its smoked meat sandwiches and platters, along with other deli classics.
