Six Picks: Our experts pick their favorites for week of June 21-27

Boz Scaggs
Boz Scaggs is an ageless musical class act and fast becoming a welcome annual tradition, whether visiting with the Dukes of September or on his own, this time showcasing his fine new album “Memphis.” Dave Mason opens an 8 p.m. Saturday show at the Palms, 4321 W. Flamingo Road. Tickets are $49-$89; call 702-944-3200.

Caitlin Jemma
Caitlin Jemma’s country-fried folk pines for the simple life even if she’s not so sure what that entails, exactly. “All my life I’ve been searching for something that just don’t want to be found,” she sings on her latest EP, “Go Down Swingin.” Our advice: Keep looking. And singing. See her at 10 p.m. Tuesday at The Bunkhkouse, 124 S. 11th St. Tickets are $5; call 702-384-4536.

‘The Bling Ring’
If you haven’t experienced your first “grumpy old man/woman” moment and think you’re too young for one, take a look at Sofia Coppola’s “The Bling Ring.” The barely fictionalized gang of high schoolers who rob their “idols” — Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge, among others — are so vapidly unlikable, you may even find yourself feeling bad for their victims. Yes, even Lohan.

‘Catch Me
If You Can’
There’s not much time left to catch what’s left of this season’s Broadway series at The Smith Center: the musical “Catch Me If You Can,” about teenage con artist Frank Abagnale Jr. (and based on the 2002 movie of the same name), which continues at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 361 Symphony Park Ave. For tickets ($24-$129), call 702-249-2000 or go online to www.thesmithcenter.com.

Wock & Roll
In honor of the new Jabbawockeez show, “Prism,” at the Luxor, Rice & Company, also at the Luxor, has created the Wock & Roll, a sushi roll made with spicy scallops, red bell peppers, tempura crunch, tuna and tobiko, topped with mango salsa and balsamic glaze. It’s $18 and available through the end of the month.

Sasha & Dubfire
If you want to see and hear two American DJ legends, then check out Sasha & Dubfire at Palazzo’s nightclub Lavo for their after-hours gig Sunday. Dubfire has been half of Deep Dish. Sasha toured a lot with John Digweed. For two decades, Sasha & Dubfire have turned more clubbers into dance fans than you can imagine.
