Singer Cee Lo Green will perform his “Loberace” show in Las Vegas for at least 28 dates starting Aug. 29 in the 1,400-seat theater at Planet Hollywood.
Starting at 6:15 p.m. Friday, fire dancers, fire handlers and other fire-related performers will start the final countdown for the burning of Lucky Lady Lucy, a giant wooden showgirl. It’s an homage of sorts to Northern Nevada’s annual Burning Man Festival. But it’s also to mark a new era for downtown and First Friday.
