Strip headliner appears thinner in first post-hospitalization photos

Carrot Top appears thin but is smiling slightly in the first photos of the comic posted since he attempted suicide last month.

The comic whose real name is Scott Thompson has clearly lost weight as shown in photos posted Monday by TMZ, as credited to @backgrid_usa.

The 61-year-old Thompson is shown with a worshipers at a Las Vegas church, wearing in a loose-fitting, light-blue dress shirt and blue jeans.

The comic’s PR rep has verified the photos to be authentic. There is no change to his condition update, only that he is planning to return to the stage Oct. 19. He has issued no public statement since first-responders were called to his home and he was hospitalized on the afternoon of Sept. 18.
