Paymon’s Mediterranean Cafe introduces longer happy hour
Paymon’s Mediterranean Cafe & Hookah Lounge, 4147 S. Maryland Parkway and 8380 W. Sahara Ave., has introduced Las Vegas’ longest happy hour for locals from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tuesdays. It includes half-price hummus, baba ghanoush, pizzas and appetizers, including the signature Athens Fries, plus $1.75 domestic beers, $2 imported beers, $4 well drinks, half-price signature cocktails and $7.50 hookahs. On Thursdays, Paymon’s will have drawings for free hookahs. The regular happy hour continues from 5 to 7 p.m. daily. …

Bernard’s Bistro at the Village at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson will present a Frank Sinatra tribute dinner at 7 p.m. Dec. 12, featuring live music and Sinatra concert footage. The Laguna Champagne Bar has opened at the Palazzo, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. South. It serves the bubbly fruit of the vine including specialty champagne cocktails such as the Flower Eclipse, which has St. Germain elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice and Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec.
