Crab, shrimp, avocado, asparagus and carrots are wrapped in fresh cucumber and finished with a touch of spicy plum sauce, $17.

Corned beef fajitas

Hussong’s Cantina, Mandalay Place

Slow-cooked corned beef is served atop sauteed green peppers and onions and topped with pickled cabbage in a hot skillet with flour tortillas, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream, $21.

Guinness bonbon

Chocolate & Spice Bakery

Dark-chocolate ganache is infused with a Guinness reduction and topped with crisp bacon, $2.
