The Killers’ frontman Brandon Flowers released his single “Can’t Deny My Love” on Monday.
The single is the first release from his new solo album, The Desired Effect, expected May 18. The sophomore solo LP follows 2010’s Flamingo and is produced by Ariel Rechtshaid, who previously worked with band Vampire Weekend.
Flowers made his way back to the Las Vegas stage Saturday at The Bunkhouse in downtown. The concert was originally slated for Monday, March 9, but was postponed due to illness.
The Las Vegas native played a mix of songs from Flamingo, new material, a few Killers tracks and a cover of Robert Palmer’s “Simply Irresistible.”
