Where to dine out for Easter in Las Vegas
Restaurants across Las Vegas are sending out specials, prix fixe menus and other offerings to celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 5. Here are some options for dining out on the holiday.
Off the Strip:
Aliante: Mrkt Sea & Land is serving Colorado lamb chops with Parmesan and pistachio crust, garlic mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts leaves, rainbow cauliflower and baby carrots, for $80, from 4 to 9p.m.
Amari Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, 6825 Tom Rodriguez St., Suite 100, in UnCommons, is serving a three-course prix fixe menu consisting of a Caesar salad with herb focaccia and sesame arancini for first course; choice of French toast with berries, campanelle with vodka sauce or pesto, branzino oreganata, chicken Parmesan or short rib polenta for second course; and lemon poppyseed cake for dessert, for $65, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Café on the Strip, a double-decker motor coach that travels the Strip, is serving its Hoppy High Tea featuring teas, coffee, and sweet and savory bites. California: Redwood Steakhouse is serving a three-course prix fixe menu consisting of potato leek soup with pork belly and crème fraîche, braised lamb shank with whipped potatoes and baby spring vegetables, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and caramel rum sauce, for $85, from 5 to 10 p.m.
Cannery: Carve Prime Rib is serving grilled pork chop with warm apple compote, asparagus and Gorgonzola-whipped potatoes ($39) and herb-braised lamb shank with vegetable medley and rice pilaf ($41), from 4 to 9 p.m.
Durango: Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar is serving a warm sticky bun with toffee sauce and lavender cream cheese ($13) and prime brisket and Yukon gold hash with eggs ($30), from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and wagyu beef carpaccio with fennel soffritto and crème fraîche ($23), half rack of Colorado lamb with roasted potatoes and mint salsa verde ($42) and spiced carrot cake ($12), from 4 to 10 p.m. Mijo Modern Mexican is serving a sticky bun topped with caramel, horchata whipped cream and berries, for $12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The restaurant is serving half rack of lamb with pistachio-mint chimichurri, red wine demi-glace and spring root vegetables, for $54, and carrot cake bread pudding cobbler with cream cheese anglaise and dulce de leche ice cream, for $12, from 4 to 10 p.m. Summer House is serving specials such as ham and eggs ($23.95) and cinnamon-sugar pancakes ($21.95), from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch, and roasted Alaskan halibut ($42.95) and wood-grilled smoked pork chop ($33.95), from 3 to 9 p.m. for dinner, plus Easter cookies ($5.50 to $5.95) at the Cookie Bar.
El Cortez: Siegel’s 1941 is serving deviled eggs ($9), endive salad with candied walnuts and blue cheese ($18), eggs Benedict ($23), glazed ham with pineapple-ginger glaze ($26), fresh Florida stone crab ($65) and spiced carrot cake ($11), from 11 a.m. to midnight April 4 and 5.
Ferraro’s Ristorante, 4480 Paradise Road, is serving a three-course prix fixe menu with six choices for antipasti (including bufala Caprese or vitello tonnato), six choices for main course (including tagliatelle with jumbo lump crab or herb-crusted lamb loin), and three choices for dessert (including cannoli), for $75, $18 children 12 and younger, from 4 to 10 p.m.
Green Valley Ranch: Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca is serving lobster salad with artichoke, avocado and citrus vinaigrette ($26), grilled rack of lamb with salted potatoes and salsa verde ($52), and a Peepetini with vodka, heavy cream, grenadine, and garnishes of pink sugar, shredded coconut and marshmallow Peep ($18), from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch and 4 to 9 p.m. for dinner.
Hash House A Go Go, 6800 W. Sahara Ave., is serving specials such as carrot cake pancake with house cream cheese frosting ($11.99), 10-ounce bone-in griddled ham steak with house hot honey glaze and garlic-mash biscuits ($19.99), Lychee Peach Tea with mango popping boba ($7.99), and Peach, Please! Mimosa with peach, lemonade, bubbles and marshmallow Peep garnish ($9.99), from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 30 through April 3 and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 4 and 5.
Hofbräuhaus, 4510 Paradise Road, is serving specials such as asparagus soup ($9.50), endive-wrapped Black Forest Ham in cheese sauce ($19.50), breaded chicken breast with asparagus and potatoes ($29), crêpes with vanilla ice cream and strawberries ($14), German vodka and blue curaçao lemonade in a half-liter stein ($16), from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Honey Salt, 1031 S. Rampart Blvd., is serving specials such as buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy and eggs or breakfast potatoes ($21), Dutch pancakes with lemon curd and crème fraîche ($19), and a Bunny Mary shaking together Ketel One Vodka, fresh carrot juice, pickle juice, olive brine, lemon, horseradish and black pepper ($15), from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
La Strega, 3555 S. Town Center Drive, Suite 105, is serving specials such as hickory-smoked whitefish dip with Dijonnaise, caviar crème fraîche and herbed pita ($27); ’nduja deviled eggs with harissa, radish and cucumber ($12); Betty’s French toast with amaro syrup, mascarpone butter and powdered sugar ($28); Benedict pizza with spinach-garlic panna, smoked mozzarella, prosciutto cotto and broken yolk ($26); and Tuscan-spiced 12-ounce New York strip steak and eggs with potato wedges and Northern Italian chimichurri ($50), from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Lawry’s The Prime Rib, 4043 Howard Hughes Parkway, is serving double-cut lamb chops with harissa potatoes and chimichurri, for $70, from 4 to 9 p.m.
Nudo Italiano, 4390 W. Cactus Ave., is serving rack of lamb with roasted tomato risotto and mint chimichurri, for $32, from 4 to 9 p.m.
Palms: AYCE Buffet is serving its all-you-can-enjoy buffet, with additional specials such as truffle and chive deviled eggs, potatoes au gratin, curry salmon stacks, seared tuna, steamed snow crab legs, roasted lamb, carved prime rib and bottomless mimosas, for $52.99, $35.99 children ages 3 to 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for brunch, 5 to 9 p.m. for dinner.

Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria & Deli, 9500 W. Sahara Ave., is serving 11 specials in the restaurant, including smoked salmon frittata ($15), housemade tagliatelle with lamb ragù ($32) and New York steak Benedict ($30), plus bottomless mimosas and bloody Marys ($15), from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Silverton: Mi Casa Grill Cantina is serving Chilean sea bass with chipotle honey glaze, roasted Romanesco vegetable, pickled cherry tomatoes and citrus-lime butter, for $42, from 4 to 9 p.m. Sundance Grill is serving a two-course prix fixe menu featuring choice of soup or salad and cola-glazed ham with candied sweet potatoes, cornbread dressing and roasted spring vegetables, for $26, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Twin Creeks Steakhouse is serving roasted fig toast topped with whipped ricotta and honey ($18), shakshuka with stewed tomatoes and poached eggs ($23), and Belgian Liège waffle with bacon, brûléed bananas and marshmallow fluff ($16), from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
South Point: Garden Buffet is serving its all-you-can-enjoy dishes for $32.95 club members, $37.95 regular price, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Primarily Prime Rib is serving a three-course prix fixe menu, with main course choices of prime rib, twin tenderloin medallions, maple-glazed ham, roast leg of lamb, stuffed salmon or New York steak stroganoff, for $45 (includes bottle of wine of the month for every two guests), from 3 to 9 p.m. Silverado Steakhouse is serving a three-course prix fixe menu, with main course choices of shiitake beef filet, brown sugar-glazed ham, salmon fillet stuffed with shrimp and crab, for $67 (includes bottle of wine of the month for every two guests), from 4 to 10 p.m.
Suncoast: William B’s Steakhouse is serving a three-course prix fixe menu consisting of arugula, grilled peach and crumbled goat cheese salad; pan-seared halibut with parsnip-beet purée and caper cream sauce; and carrot cake with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and caramel drizzle, for $75, from 3:30 to 9 p.m.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas: One Steakhouse is serving a 14-ounce queen’s cut prime rib with jus and creamy horseradish, for $68. from 5 to 10 p.m.
On the Strip
Eataly at Park MGM: Toscana Ristorante & Bar is serving a brunch menu of more than 15 items, including tiramisù pancakes ($26), pan brioche French toast with fresh berries ($24), eggs Benedettine with prosciutto cotto ($26), smoked salmon and cream cheese on toasted pan brioche ($26), suppli cacio e pepe fried rice croquettes with black truffle butter ($16), and an Eataly bloody mary built from Belvedere Vodka, San Marzano bloody mary mix and lemon ($24), from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Linq: Hash House A Go Go is serving specials such as carrot cake pancake with house cream cheese frosting ($11.99), 10-ounce bone-in griddled ham steak with house hot honey glaze and garlic-mash biscuits ($19.99), Lychee Peach Tea with mango popping boba ($7.99), and Peach, Please! Mandalay Bay: Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar is serving deviled eggs in traditional and truffle styles ($12); a frittata layering prosciutto, spinach, feta and sun-dried tomato ($20); lemon tarte topped with slivered almonds ($12); a Blushing Bunny (Ketel One Botanical Cucumber and Mint, St. Germain, grapefruit, honey, elderflower tonic) ($19); and bottomless bubbles (orange juice or strawberry, passion fruit or prickly pear purées) and peach bellinis ($30), from available 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Paris Las Vegas: The Bedford by Martha Stewart is serving a brunch buffet with a bakery station, small bites and salads, hot items (buttermilk pancakes, eggs Florentine, honey mustard salmon, herb-crusted prime rib), sides and desserts, for $69.99, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Strat: McCall’s Grill is serving a niçoise salad with roasted rack of lamb served atop gem lettuce, fingerling potatoes, egg and haricots verts, with raspberry-mint gastrique and balsamic vinaigrette ($48) and carrot cake with caramelized pineapple compote and coconut mousse ($12), from 4 to 10 p.m. Top of the World Steakhouse is serving coconut shrimp with guava barbecue sauce and mango salsa ($21), braised lamb shank with saffron cauliflower and caramelized carrots ($69), and panna cotta with meringue kisses, mini macarons and fresh berries ($18), from 4 to 11 p.m.
Treasure Island: Phil’s Steakhouse is serving lamb osso bucco with sweet white wine glaze, red martini reduction, and a roulade of artichoke-wild mushroom duxelles, Gruyère and prosciutto, for $75, from 4 to 10 p.m.
The Venetian: Bouchon is serving a special menu of jumbo lump crab Benedict, pan-seared shrimp with Anson Mills grits and Thermidor sauce, and roasted chicken with bacon-chive waffle, Crown maple syrup and sauce chasseur, for $80, from 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Mott 32 is serving a brunch of dim sum and signature dishes, including soft shell crab cheung fun, scallop dumplings with caviar and wagyu beef puff, for $78, $38 children 4 to 11, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 4 and 5, with children dining on April 5 receiving an Easter basket. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar is serving specials consisting of strawberry cheesecake waffles with fresh strawberries and Chantilly cream ($24); Easter omelet with Virginia ham, asparagus, avocado, goat cheese, and hash browns ($26); and hickory-smoked prime rib and eggs with horseradish cream and roasted garlic rosemary jus ($42); and a Bunny Bloom Spritz made with Bombay Gin, strawberry, elderflower and prosecco ($18), from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Wynn Las Vegas: La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway is serving its signature brunch, with dishes passed butler-style on trays, among them brown sugar pecan waffles, cornflake-crusted French toast, Snickers pancakes with caramelized bananas Foster, egg sandwich with Canadian bacon and Gruyère, bacon and quail egg flatbread with fontina, and filet mignon eggs Benedict, for $64 adults (bottomless libations $34 extra), $44 children 12 and younger, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
