General Tso’s Chicken is done “guy-style” (or Guy-style?) with the classic sweet and spicy flavors, $15.

Gilley’s Cowboys From Hell

Gilley’s, Treasure Island

This one comes with a challenge: Finish 12 hot wings in four minutes and you’ll get a 40-ounce Gilley’s Beer Boot and your picture on the Wall of Fame; fail and it’s on the Wall of Shame. They’re tossed in a blend of ghost peppers, house-made habanero powder and a little Frank’s Red Hot sauce, $6.

Signature Stadium Wings

Lagasse’s Stadium, Palazzo

The chicken wings are available with Emeril’s Buffalo Wing sauce, Smoky BBQ or Thai Chili sauce, and served with celery and carrot sticks and house-made ranch or Maytag blue cheese dipping sauce, $15.

Beer Brined Chicken Wings

Public House, The Venetian

The beer-brined wings have a Calabrian chili glaze and are served with blue cheese dressing, $14.
