Local restaurants raise money for AIDS organization (RED), offer special menu items

B&B Burger & Beer at The Venetian is offering The Really Good Burger and Red Square cocktail.

B&B Ristorante at The Venetian is offering the Local Farm Tomato Salad and Cappucceto Rosso cocktail

Carnevino at the Palazzo is offering Carne Cruda alla Piedmontese and the Lily Rose cocktail

And Otto Enoteca e Pizzeria at The Venetian offers the Romana Pizza and Mulo Italiano cocktail.

The special dinners range from $35 to $99; for more information, contact the individual restaurant or email RED@bandbhg.com. Every dollar raised will be matched by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Some 30 breweries will be represented at the MonteLago Village Beerfest from 3:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson. The event also will include food trucks, vendors and live music. Tickets are $35 or $45 at the gate for general admission, $45 in advance or $60 at the gate for VIP, with entry at 2 p.m. For tickets, go to mlvbf.com.

In honor of Negroni Week , Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar, 4480 Paradise Road, is featuring seven variations of the cocktail through Sunday, with 25 percent of the price of each donated to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Casa Noble Tequila will be featured in a dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at El Segundo Sol at Fashion Show Mall, 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. South. The five-course dinner, with an entree of Jalisco-style leg of lamb, is $60, plus tax and tip. Call 702-258-1211.

Chamucos Tequila will be featured in a four-course dinner at 7 p.m. June 18 at Cantina Laredo at Tivoli Village, 430 S. Rampart Blvd. It’s $49.99; call 702-202-4511.
